Meet Nash Copeland & David Pope, Co-Owners

Co-Owner B.S., Business Administration, University of Tennessee

Nash is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and holds a degree from the University of Tennessee. Since the days of his first Commodore 64 in the ‘90s, Nash Copeland has loved working with computers. He honed his IT management skills at large Fortune 500 companies and firms like Levi’s, Bechtel and EDS. But it all came together in 2001 when he founded Celeris Networks with David Pope. This allowed Nash to realize his long-term goal of becoming an entrepreneur in the fields of computers, networks and technology.

Within Celeris Networks, Nash works as a systems architect, project manager and an account manager. He helps build and maintain strong relationships with clients, many of whom have been Celeris Networks customers since the early 2000s.

In his spare time, Nash enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, hiking, skydiving and working in his backyard.

Co-Owner B.S., Computer Science, University of Tennessee

David Pope is a specialist in the field of network engineering and holds a degree from the University of Tennessee in Computer Science. Even as a child, David Pope knew he wanted to be a part of the computer and technology field. While working with large healthcare companies such as Covenant Health, he was able to gain the valuable experience needed to further his tech career.

In 2001, he co-founded Celeris Networks with Nash Copeland and brought with him his deep understanding and knowledge of computer networking.

Within Celeris Networks, he spends his day matching business needs to technology. By creating secure, scalable and easy-to-manage infrastructures, David enables his clients’ business growth, granting them valuable time to focus on what they do best.

Outside of work, David participates in outdoor activities including snow skiing (when he can find the time), hiking and biking.
